What is the shipping cost?

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for USA and worldwide.

Where do we ship?

We can ship to most countries in the world.

Countries not shipped to include:

• South Sudan
• Palestine

What are the shipping and order processing times?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. All orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 48 hours.

Processing typically takes 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days. Delays beyond our control (e.g., customs or postal service) may occur.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if a mobile number was provided) containing a tracking ID and link to follow your package. You can also track at www.17track.net. Please allow 1–3 working days for tracking information to appear.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We strive to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect address.
